Hire Us

A white box truck parked at the curb outside a two-story house, with the garage standing open behind it.

One call instead of a stack of vendors. Prices agreed before we start.

Cleanouts and hauling. Overnight pet care. Move-out cleaning. The end of an event, cleared on the venue's deadline.

Most trades are built so the customer becomes the general contractor. Cleaners don't haul. Haulers don't clean. Movers won't take what you're throwing away, and nobody sweeps the floor at the end.

Tell us the problem you actually have.

What it costs.

Real numbers, so you can decide before you talk to anyone.

Cleanouts and hauling

Quoted before we start. Estate clear-outs, move-outs, garages, storage rooms, a yard that got away from you. Send pictures, get a figure, and the figure doesn't move unless the job does, in which case you hear why before the work happens, not after. Never an hourly rate. Hourly means you're paying for our slowest day.

Overnight pet care

$100 per day. Your animal stays in a home, not a kennel run. Drop-in visits, walks and cat care quoted per visit. One meeting beforehand and your animal knows us. That meeting is free and it is the whole method.

The end of an event

Strike, haul-off and clean, from $500. Breakdown, everything off the property, and the venue cleaned to the clear-out deadline in the contract. Event staff, from $48/hr. In early for setup, then the floor through service. (Staffed hours carry a service charge, shown on the estimate.) Quoted before the day, never a surprise. If scope moves, the reason and the conversation come first. And the flowers go the following morning to elders in assisted living and memory care, at no cost to anyone.

Three things happen, not one.

We do the job. The price agreed before we start, finished on your deadline.

The good things get bought. Anything with real resale value is bought rather than binned, so pieces you'd otherwise pay to dispose of come off the cost instead.

And what's left gets placed, not dumped. Furniture and household goods go to a resale charity whose sales fund disaster relief. Which means we can tell you where your mother's things actually went, and for most families that's the part that settles it.

Anyone with a truck can do the first one.
