SymbioHaven

Privacy

This site collects nothing about you. That is not a policy position we are working toward. It is a description of how these pages are built.

What these pages do

There are no cookies on this website. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, no embedded maps, no social media widgets, and no fonts loaded from another company’s server. There is no contact form. Every page here is plain HTML and one stylesheet, served from this domain.

You do not have to trust that sentence. Open any page, view the source, and search it for the word script. There isn’t one.

What our web host sees

Like every website on the internet, the server that delivers these pages keeps ordinary access logs: the address that asked for a page, the time, and which page it was. We do not build profiles from them, connect them to anything else, or share them.

If you email or call us

When you write to catalyze@symbiohaven.com or call (512) 808-0153, we keep what you send us so we can answer you and do the work. That means your name, your contact details, and whatever you told us about the job.

We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone else to market to you. If we need to bring in someone to do part of a job, we tell you who.

Our email to you is plain text. There are no tracking pixels in it, so we cannot tell whether you opened it. We follow up by asking rather than by guessing.

Asking us to delete it

Email us and say so. We will remove what we hold and confirm that we have. You do not have to give a reason, and it will not affect work we are already doing for you.

If you would rather never hear from us again, say that instead and we will add you to our do-not-contact list, which we check before anything goes out.

Links to other places

Some pages, the papers especially, link to research and sources elsewhere. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else’s site, under their rules, not ours.

Children

This is a site about services for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything from children.
