Event & Party Staffing in Austin

We staff private parties, corporate events, galas and fundraisers in Austin. Bartenders, servers, setup and breakdown, and a lead on site the whole time.

You tell us the date, the venue and the headcount. We show up early, run the night, and clean up after.

What you can book

Bartenders. TABC certified. You supply the alcohol, we run the bar. Batching, pouring, ice, glassware and keeping it clean all night.

Servers and floor staff. Passing, bussing, resets between courses, trash, and keeping an eye on the room.

Setup and breakdown. Tables, chairs, linens and decor at the start. Strike, haul off and the venue cleaned at the end.

A lead on site. One person responsible for the crew, the timeline and the vendors, so you are not managing anyone.

What it costs

Event staff, from $48 an hour. We come in early for setup and stay through service. Staffed hours carry a service charge and it is shown on the estimate.

Strike, haul off and clean, from $500. Everything off the property and the venue cleaned to the deadline in your contract.

Book both together and the strike is from $350.

You get the number before the day. If the job changes we tell you why before we do the work, not after.

Setting up

Bar built, glassware out, ice in, stations set. This is usually an hour before anyone arrives.

How we work

Short load-in times

Some venues will not let you in until an hour before guests arrive. Downtown buildings, libraries and offices are usually the tightest.

We brief the crew before the day so nobody is learning the timeline on site. We build the bar and the food stations first, then tables and linens.

If someone does not show

It happens a couple of times a year. We move people around, call in a backup and cover the spot ourselves until they get there. We did that this month on a one hour load-in and the client never knew.

Flowers

If there are flowers left at the end, we take them the next morning to elders in assisted living and memory care. No cost to anyone. That is our Roses for Residents program.

What we need from you

The load-in window and the venue rules. Guest count. Whether alcohol is being served and who is bringing it. The end time in your contract, which is usually earlier than the one on the invitation.

What we will not do

We do not supply alcohol and we do not sell it. You or your caterer bring it and we staff the bar.

No liquor brands, no nicotine brands, no gambling brands. That has cost us work and it will keep costing us work.

We will not take a date we cannot staff properly. If we are already booked we will tell you that day.
