They have route density, which is genuinely efficient, for them. It is why they will service the water and drive away, leaving the deck, the fence line, the surrounding surfaces, and the bins to somebody else. A pool is not an island. It sits in a yard, on a property, with everything else that cycles and wears. One crew covering all of it is the thing scale prevents them from offering.
