Event Breakdown & Site Clearing in Austin

A wedding is the one ending that lives inside a beginning. The couple crosses over, and the room has to cross back.
Every vendor's night finishes when their own gear is loaded. Which is exactly why the room's return belongs to nobody. The decor the couple isn't taking, the signage, the staging, the boxes and the venue's clear-out deadline all land on the coordinator at midnight, or on somebody's family. Last Stage Services takes that slot on the vendor list.
What we clear
Decor, signage and props the client isn't taking home. Staging, risers, backdrops and anything built for the day. Packaging, crates and delivery waste. Trash and recycling, bagged and off the property. Floral installations once they've come down. The venue returned to its clear-out condition, inside the window written into their contract.
The flowers
We collect the florals rather than bin them. They're rebuilt into small bouquets and taken into assisted living and memory care communities around Austin, where most residents stopped receiving flowers years ago.
It costs the client nothing and changes nothing about your timeline. It is simply what happens to them instead of a dumpster, and it is something you get to tell a couple about their own wedding.
The number, before the night
An unknown crew at midnight is only a risk if the number moves after you have booked. Send the venue, the date and the clear-out time, and the number comes back before the day, a line on your timeline like any other vendor. If something genuinely shifts, you hear the reason before we do the work, never after.
| Scope | Price | |---|---| | Strike, haul-off & clean, breakdown, everything off the property, venue cleaned to the clear-out deadline in the contract | from $500 | | Event staff, in early for setup, then the floor through service. (Service charge on staffed hours, shown on the estimate.) | from $48/hr | | Both together, no second company to find, brief and chase | strike from $350 |
Why not a general labor crew
A labor crew will break it down and stack it in the car park, which moves the problem twenty feet and leaves it with the venue. We take it away, sorted, with anything usable driven to donation, and the site signed off in the condition the contract asks for.
What we don't touch
Other vendors' equipment, which they collect themselves. Anything the client is keeping, tell us where to stage it and it stays there. Gifts, cards and personal belongings, unless a planner specifically asks us to handle them.
The register
This is the happiest room we work in and it gets handled that way. Guests are still saying goodbye in the car park while we start, so we work around them, quietly, without turning the end of somebody's wedding into a loading dock.
Where we work
Austin and the surrounding metro, including Hill Country and Georgetown venues, Dripping Springs, Driftwood, Wimberley, Georgetown, Round Rock, Buda and Kyle.
Booking
Send the venue, the date and the clear-out time. A quote comes back before the day.
