SymbioHaven is a set of ventures in Austin that feed each other, run out of Dove Springs. Below is who you are actually dealing with, and the terms anybody working here is paid on.
Founder
Started SymbioHaven in Dove Springs, working from the observation that most of what gets thrown away in Austin is thrown away a few streets from somebody who needed it.
Runs the routes, the builds and the outreaches, and writes the papers the methods are published in. Studying computer science.

Every role is paid the same for the same work, and the rate has to be one a person can actually live on. That is the condition, not the ambition.
Until a role can be paid that way it does not get filled. Nobody is asked to do work on a promise, and nothing here runs on somebody covering the gap out of their own week.
Ten percent of every sale goes to the stewardship fund, off the top, before anything else is worked out.
