What an overnight covers

Someone sleeps at your place. Evening and morning routines kept as they normally run. Feeding, walks, litter maintained, medication given on schedule as your veterinarian prescribed. Houseplants watered, mail and packages brought in, trash out on the right day, lights and doors handled. You get updates and photos while you are gone, at whatever frequency you actually want.

This is where continuity matters most

A drop-in visit is twenty minutes and an animal can tolerate a lot for twenty minutes. Nights are different. Nights are when a dog paces, a cat stops eating, and an anxious animal decides whether the house is safe.

Booking platforms cannot solve this, and it is not a criticism of the sitters on them. An app fills a slot with whoever is available, because interchangeable coverage is how the inventory works. For a night, in your house, with your animal, that is the wrong shape.

We meet before you book

Always. In your home, with you there, before any booking exists. Your animal sets the tone and you watch it happen. No charge, no obligation.

If something feels off, do not book us. Far better you arrive at that in your living room than three days into a trip.

Senior animals, medication, and anxious animals

These are the ones we most want to hear about. An animal on a multi-dose schedule, a dog with separation anxiety, a cat that hides from anyone new, these are precisely the situations a rotating roster handles worst and where knowing the person is worth the most.

Tell us the full picture, including the parts that are hard. We turn down work we cannot do well. Better now than at 2 a.m.

The house, too

Because the person your animal trusts is already inside, watching the house is not a second service. Plants, mail, packages, trash, doors, and a walk through the rooms. If a pipe is dripping, someone is there to notice.

What we do not do

No boarding. Your animal sleeps in its own home, in its own bed, on its own floor. We do not have a facility and are not building one. We also do not practice veterinary medicine, train, or groom.

What it costs

Priced per night by what the stay actually involves, how many animals, how much medication, how long you are gone. Tell us the picture and you get a number before anything is booked. The number stays honest in both directions: if the stay turns out to be less than we planned for, that comes off, and if it turns out to be more, we talk about it before it happens rather than after.

Ten percent of it funds a local creek or park cleanup.
