Pool Route and Equipment Systems
A route runs on what one tech remembers. Which gate, which dog, which pump, what the chemistry did last month. When that tech is out, somebody else covers blind.
Solara Imprint builds one page per property so anybody can run the route.
What is on a property page
The equipment pad photographed. Pump and filter make and model. Gate code and where the key is. The dog, and whether it stays in. Chemical history, so last month is on the same screen as today. Anything about the house that costs you a callback.
The label on the pad
A QR label goes on the equipment pad. Scan it and that property's page comes up on your phone, with the photo of the pad as it should look. A tech who has never been there sees what is installed before they touch anything.
The route sheet prints
Order of stops, time at each, what is due this visit. Paper works in a back yard with no bars on the phone.
New techs
Same page holds what somebody reads before their first route. What good looks like at a stop, what gets photographed, when to call instead of guessing.
Why it keeps working
No service behind it. It runs on your machines and the files are yours. Works with no signal. Still works in five years.
Try it first
The working tool is published. It is set up for event cases, and a property is the same thing with different words on it. Put in five of your own and print the labels.
Who it fits
Routes where one tech carries the knowledge. Companies adding techs faster than they can train them. Anybody who has lost a callback because nobody knew what was installed.
What it costs
Two ways. Once for life, where we set it up around your route and load your properties, and the files are yours from that day. Or kept up as you grow, with properties added and equipment updated as it changes.
Price depends on how many properties and how much we build with you. Ten percent goes to the Stewardship Fund.
Tell us how many properties are on the route and how a new tech learns it now. You get a plan and a price before anything is booked.
