Brand Ambassadors, Demos & Street Teams in Austin

Every brand that has run field marketing has had the same day: the table was set up correctly, the product was there, the staff were on time, and almost nobody was approached.
Walking up to strangers all day is uncomfortable, and most people quietly stop doing it by hour two.
Field Labs staffs and runs field activations in Austin with people who keep doing it.
What we cover
In-store demos and sampling. Grocery and warehouse-club activations. Pre-event and post-event store visits. Grand openings. Street teams and guerrilla distribution. Sports and stadium events. Conference and trade-show floor work. Immersive and experiential activations in offices and venues. Festivals. Weddings, parties, and private events.

What it looks like when it is working
A table in a grocery aisle, staff who know the product, and shoppers who stopped because somebody spoke first.
The rest of it
The part that decides the day
Approach rate, which the setup and the signage only support.
An activation where two hundred people are engaged and one where thirty are engaged look identical in the photos and cost the same. The difference is entirely whether the person working it is comfortable being the one who speaks first, repeatedly, for six hours, after being ignored.
That discomfort is the skill. It is trainable and most field staffing never bothers, because the shift gets filled either way.
Reporting you can actually use
Photos from the activation, engagement counts, what people asked, what confused them, what the objections were, and what actually moved. Product feedback that came out of real conversations rather than a survey.
Most brands get a photo and a headcount. The useful part is what customers said when they were not being formally asked, and that only exists if someone was genuinely talking to them.
We can also work the phone
Sourcing attendees and sponsors for private dinners and forums, and the outreach that has to happen before an event exists at all.
It belongs on this page because it is the same skill in a different room. Rejection on a phone call frightens people exactly the way approaching a stranger does, and it is skipped for exactly the same reason.
What we will not work
No liquor brands, no nicotine brands, no gambling brands. It has genuinely cost regular work and it will keep costing it.
Everything else, food, beverage, consumer goods, retail, technology, sports, nonprofit, community, is open.
Who this is for
Brands entering Austin who need local field staff. Agencies needing reliable execution on a market they are running remotely. Small brands who cannot afford an agency layer and would rather talk to the person actually standing at the table. Nonprofits and community organizations running outreach.
What it costs
Priced by day, activation, or program, and less per day for multi-day and recurring work. Tell us the format, the dates, the market, and what a good outcome looks like, and you get a number before anything is booked.
CTA: Tell us who you need in front of your brand and where. The format is the answer, not the question.
