Sample kit
A label on every case and package. Scan one and you get the photo of it packed, what belongs in it, where it lives, and the pieces that go missing.
A case labeled "bar box" tells a new person nothing.
Photograph each case packed and drop the file in. That picture is what a scan shows. Load out and load in against the photo instead of a list of words.
Files are yours and they run on your machines. No service behind it that has to stay up. What you pay for now is what you have in five years.
This runs inside our own operation, alongside the rest of what we have built for it. We are showing you the part that answers your question, not the whole shop.
Labels are one part of it. If your crew rotates, a new hire learns the job from whoever is on shift that night. The Crew Guide holds the rest on the same page. What to read before your first shift. Who owns what on the night. The pre shift. Your training videos. Every case with its label.
The published one is a demonstration and holds five cases. Enough to photograph real gear, print the labels and scan one with your phone. Loading a full inventory is the part we do with you.
It runs on your own machines and nothing is uploaded anywhere, so it keeps working with the internet switched off. Save a backup writes everything out to one file you hold.
Two ways. The tool above is the working one, so use it on your own gear first.
One payment. We set it up around your crew and load your roles, your pre shift and your cases. Files are yours from that day. Nothing recurring.
Same thing, with the gear list maintained as cases change and new sections when you need them.
Price depends on how many cases and how much we build with you. Tell us those two things and you get a plan and a price.
Ten percent goes to the Stewardship Fund, which pays for community work this ecosystem runs.
Two sample cases, trimmed. Open one to see the shape of what comes up on a phone. Our own kit is not on here, and neither is yours once it is yours.
