The idea is old: give a tenth away. We just changed where it goes.
Instead of a tenth to an institution, every venture across SymbioHaven tithes ten percent of every sale, off the top, from the first dollar, before profit enters the arithmetic. It funds outreach, restoration, education, and cleanups, and it does the work of getting the money where it needs to be.
Most companies treat giving as a leftover, something you do after you have finished being a business, if anything remains. This starts with it. Part of the SymbioHaven ecosystem.
The opposite of the middleman's cut
Value that stays where it was made
An extractive app or platform also takes its cut off the top. Then it sends that value away, to somewhere that has never set foot in the city it skimmed it from and does not care about it.
The tithe is that move inverted. It comes off the top too, but it stays in the place it was made, distributed by hands that are actually there. And because it is a tenth of sales rather than profit, it is unconditional, it comes first, it survives a bad year, and care is resourced by the fact of doing business rather than by how well the business happens to do. That is what makes the ecosystem's non-earning work possible at all, the letters, the flowers, the circles, the legal navigation, none of which can ever fund itself without charging the people it exists for.

What the tithe has actually paid for
No balance, no totals, no invented impact numbers. Real things, named plainly. The community service this fund exists to support was recognized with a Certificate of Excellence from the Dean of the Texas Senate.

Supplies for a local creek cleanup, the same per-job commitment that appears on every service page across this site.
The Texas School for the Deaf
The discount extended to the Texas School for the Deaf came out of the fund, not out of someone's margin.
The tools that do the work
The software and equipment the work runs on. The fund also sustains the ventures that generate the giving, which is not a loophole, it is how a living system stays alive to give again.
Kept through every lean month
The tithe is not a future promise. Ten percent has been set aside from every kind of income, through the tightest stretches, for as long as this work has existed. These are examples, not the whole, named because they can be checked.
What the ten percent looks like on the ground
Creek and park cleanups, the bags at the end of a morning, and the people who turned up to fill them. None of this was invoiced to anybody.
How you contribute
There is no separate donation to make. If you hire a crew, order a meal, book a build, or buy anything from any venture in the network, ten percent of it is already flowing into this.
It is in the price rather than in an appeal, so you do not have to choose care as an extra. It is built into the thing you were buying anyway, and every service page tells you so before you pay.
Built in, not bolted on
This is not a charity running alongside a business, and it is not a donation drive. The mission lives inside the ventures themselves, a fixed share of every sale, moving the moment the sale happens.
Growth and care are the same motion. When the work grows, the giving grows with it, automatically, with no separate decision to make.
