Gear labeling and crew onboarding for operations that move equipment and rotate people.
Each case carries a code. Scanning it returns the photograph of that case packed, its contents, where it is stored and the items known to go missing. The same system holds what a new hire reads before their first shift, what each role owns, the pre shift, and the training material you already have.
Two problems, one record: the way the work is done, and the equipment it is done with.
The link below opens the working system. Add photographs of your own cases, write a real pre shift, print a label sheet and scan it. It is the product, limited to five cases for evaluation.
Runs from your own web space or a folder on your own machines. No installation, no accounts to provision, no access for us once it is handed over.
Every record and every photograph stays in your possession, in open formats, exportable to a single file at any time. There is no hosted service holding it and nothing to migrate off later.
Full function with no connectivity. Codes resolve and the label sheet prints in a loading dock with no signal.
Static files and standard formats. The system does not depend on a vendor remaining in business, which is the failure most operators in this category have already lived through once.
Most systems in this category are hosted services billed monthly, and several bill per user. An operation with a large rotating crew pays for that twice: once in the seat count, and again every time somebody who worked four shifts needs an account to scan a case.
A code opens a web page in the camera app that is already on the phone. Nobody is provisioned, nobody is deprovisioned, and a crew member who never works for you again never had a login to remove.
Several of the established tools require a live connection, and at least one gates offline behind its highest plan. There is no service here to be offline from, so a loading dock with no signal is an ordinary working condition.
A list only tells you what should be in a case. A photograph of it packed tells you at a glance what is missing, at pack down, which is the one moment it is still cheap to fix.
Pricing is set by inventory size, once. Hiring twenty more people for a season does not change what the system costs you.
Where those tools are stronger: rental billing, scheduling and quoting, multi user custody logs with per person accounts, and a support desk. If you need a rental business run end to end, buy one of those. This is the operational layer, and it sits beside them without conflict.
A single payment. We configure the system around your operation and load your roles, your pre shift and your inventory. Ownership transfers on delivery. Nothing recurring.
The same, with the inventory kept current as cases change and additional sections built as the operation grows.
Scope is set by inventory size and how much of the onboarding is built with you. Send those two figures and you receive a plan and a price before anything is committed.
