Scan a box, see what is in it

A label on every case and package. Scanning one opens a page showing the box packed, everything that belongs in it, where it lives, and the pieces that go missing.

An entry that just says "bar box" tells an experienced person nothing they did not know, and tells a new person nothing at all. This replaces that entry with a photograph and a list.

It uses the photographs you are already taking

Photograph each box packed, drop the file in the folder, and that picture is what a scan shows. Load out and load in then look like the picture rather than like a list of words.

There is nothing to buy and nothing to log into

The output is a folder of ordinary web pages and image files. No account, no server, no subscription, and no company that can raise its price or close. Anyone who has watched a paid system stop working already knows why that matters.

It prints, because a phone is not always the answer

The label sheet prints onto standard stock. Laminate them, fix one to each box, and the code still scans after it has been taped over at a corner and splashed.

Try it

These are real cases from one working kit. Open any of them to see exactly what somebody gets when they scan the label on the side.

The printable label sheet is here. One page, laminate, fix to the boxes.
